Organic phase change materials
Organic phase change materials have stable performance, are non-toxic and non corrosive, have no supercooling or phase separation phenomenon, and have important applications in aerospace electronics, green buildings, healthcare, wearable temperature controlled clothing, new energy and other fields.
Our organic phase change materials have high purity, narrow melting range, high enthalpy value, sensitive temperature control, and good stability.
We provide organic phase change materials with melting points ranging from 0 ℃ to 120 ℃.
Ps.If you are unable to retrieve the phase change material for your desired temperature, please feel free to contact us at any time. PCM can be produced at almost all temperatures.
Inorganic phase change materials
The inorganic phase change materials we provide are manufactured based on inorganic hydrated salts and additives. Compared with organic phase change materials, their enthalpy of phase change per unit volume is higher. Widely used in fields such as thermal energy storage and air conditioning cold storage.
The cycling stability of inorganic phase change materials is worth paying attention to. Therefore, we have developed our own cycling stability testing equipment, which can test the cycling stability 100 times every 24 hours, with some cycles up to 10000 times.

Microcapsule phase-change materials
Organic phase-change materials cannot be encapsulated macroscopically in many application fields, so it is necessary to encapsulate the phase-change materials in polymer shells to form tiny capsules with a diameter of about 10 to 20 μm.
Microcapsules can be kept in solid state or provided in the form of dispersed liquid. Typical applications are in the field of building materials and fibers.
Our technical advantage is that it is encapsulated by acrylic resin, which contains no formaldehyde and has high latent heat.
